UCSB Chaplain
Tod has volunteered as the Chaplain for the UCSB baseball team for 15 years. He shares the love of Jesus with players and their families each baseball season.
Student Story
Being part of Core (Bible study) the past 3 years has been a constant reminder of God’s grace and His faithfulness in never giving up on me. Chi Alpha has given me a home away from home at UCSB. UCSB can be a place where it can sometimes feel isolating to follow Jesus or easy to put a hold onto that journey to get “the college experience”. The girls in Core always met me with love right where I was, and after 2 years, it all led to me saying “this time, God, you have my Yes. I’m all in”. I feel so blessed to have friends to walk in faith with now and do sunset beach-Bible studies with! I’m excited to see how God uses us to share that same love and community with new students in the Fall! Sophe
